Monitoring player progression through basketball development pathways, such as regional and national programmes.
Contacting parents/guardians in case of emergencies or for team-related updates.
How We Handle Your Data
We want to reassure you that your personal data will never be shared with third parties unless we are legally required to do so by a court order. The data you provide is used strictly for club-related activities and is only shared with those directly involved in the organisation and running of the club, such as coaches and team managers.
Basketball England and Surrey Basketball Association may use your data to monitor player development, participation in the sport, and to support funding applications aimed at raising the profile of basketball in the UK.

This data is only kept for the duration of the basketball season and is deleted at the end of each season. We will also seek your explicit consent to use and share this information when you complete the registration form each season.
