Squad Movement Rules
All squad movements are managed by coaches with the Club Manager. Player wellbeing is always the primary consideration.
A CVL player may move to an older age group's CVL team when it benefits their development. This is a tool, not a reward. Coaches assess physical readiness, maturity and technical level before any move.
National League players keep CVL registration. Extra game time accelerates development. This is the club default — coaches treat it as normal, not exceptional. More game time = faster growth.
CVL is the primary talent pool for all National squads. Coaches watch all CVL teams and Friday Night Skills. Any player can be invited to trial at any point — no permanent barriers exist.
Missed May trials? Players can attend a training session as a trial at any time. Both the player and coaches assess the fit. A decision follows the trial session. Contact Fi to arrange.
