Cookies Policy
How the Kingston Wildcats website uses cookies (it doesn't set any) and third-party services.
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites can store on your device. They are often used to remember preferences or to track how people use a site.
2. Does this website use cookies?
The Kingston Wildcats website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar tools. However, our home page displays a live Instagram feed provided by Elfsight, and this third-party feature may set its own cookies when the page loads (see section 4).
3. Google Fonts
Our pages use Google Fonts to display text in our brand typefaces. When a page loads, your browser requests these fonts from Google, which means Google may receive your IP address. Google does not set cookies through this and states the request is not used for advertising. You can read more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Instagram feed
Our home page displays a live Instagram feed of the club’s posts. This feed is provided by Elfsight and pulls content from Instagram. It loads automatically when you open the home page, and in doing so Elfsight, Instagram or Meta may set their own cookies on your device and receive your IP address.
These cookies are set by those third parties, not by us, and are governed by their own policies — see Elfsight’s Privacy Policy and Instagram / Meta’s Privacy Policy, over which we have no control. If you would prefer these cookies not to be set, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings or use your browser’s private/incognito mode.
5. Links and forms to other services
Our site links to, or sends information to, third-party services such as PlayHQ, Google Forms, easyfundraising, Facebook and Instagram. When you visit or use those services they may set their own cookies, governed by their own cookie and privacy policies. We have no control over these and recommend reviewing their policies.
6. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. As our own site sets none, blocking cookies will not affect how it works for you.
7. Changes and contact
If we ever introduce cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required by law. Questions? Email info@kingstonwildcats.com.
